At the Biodiagnostiki Medical Laboratories we take patient privacy very seriously. An ethics code and a privacy policy, conforming to the international standards of the ISO 15189 certificate which our laboratory covers.

This covers a wide spectrum of processes and safety procedures that ensure your private date is kept private. The artificial intelligence systems in place in the laboratory limit access to patient information and results, do no allow data to be tampered with from anyone within the laboratory, and everything is stored in an encrypted form, meaning that no-one without authorization can access your data or results.

Every step of the testing procedure, from the collection of the sample to the results report is carried out with the patient's confidentiality and safety in mind.
